* We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC/CPNP-AC) for a locum tenens hospitalist position in Monroe, NC. This is an inpatient nocturnist role with 14-hour night shifts. The provider will manage an average of 6.5 patients per shift in a non-ICU, no-procedures setting using the EPIC EMR system. *Position Details:*

  • *Role:* Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Hospitalist (Nocturnist)
  • *Setting:* Inpatient pediatric hospitalist (no ICU, no procedures, no clinic)
  • *Shift Structure:* 14-hour night shifts (5p-7a)
  • *Patient Load:* Average 6.5 patients per shift
