Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) and Compact License holders are welcome to apply. We know long-term care is not easy. What You Will Do (At a Glance) As an LPN at Mountain Top RHC, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician. You will work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers, and help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. This role includes medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned. What We Are Looking For PA LPN license or GPN license (required) Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
