What You Would Do
As an RN in this clinic, you will conduct patient assessments, administer medications, assist with procedures, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. You will have triage responsibilities and support care coordination efforts. You will also serve as a liaison for both patients and providers and a mentor to clinical staff.
Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player. The ability to maintain accurate documentation and preserve confidential information is critical.

Positionsummary & highlights
As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.

Requirements
- Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
Education
- An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
License/
Certification
- Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
- Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
- NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification is required within the first year.
