As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vivo Health Care Gandy, you will
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their individualized care plans
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care strategies
Educate patients and families on disease management, wellness, and prevention
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality, respect, and dignity for all patients, families, and staff
