About the employer
Cases are often 1:1 with medically complex kids: trach, vent, and G-tube work in the home or at school, plus a Pediatric Day Healthcare Center path with no nights, weekends, or holidays. New grads enter through a New Grad program…
On your path
Home Health is a specialty you move into. Agencies want acute time first, then train the home-specific work.
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What should I expect for weekly hours, holiday, call, and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are floating and staffing support handled day to day?
