Responsibilities
- Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
- Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
- Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards
What to Expect
- No prior dialysis experience required-comprehensive paid training provided
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- May float to multiple facilities during and after training

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
- CNN or CDN certification preferred
