About the employer
On your path
Nurse Practitioner is advanced-practice territory. The long route; independence depends on your state.
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- How does compensation work, including base pay and the productivity or RVU formula?
- Are there differentials or other recurring incentives?
- Does the employer cover malpractice and tail coverage, plus CME, licensing, and DEA support?
- What should I expect for shifts, weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
