- Reviews immunization status during nursing assessments to ensure that status is current, if unable to complete, refers to local health departments for immunization updates.
- Tracks clients with exceptional medical issues to ensure continuum of medical services are provided for the client.
- Monitors seclusion and restraint of clients
- Completes documentation for Kan Be Healthy billing.
- Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
- Ensures clients’ rights are protected.
- Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
- Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state, and local rules, statutes, regulations and contractual terms.
- Associate degree in nursing (ASN) from an accredited college or university
- Licensed to practice in the State of Kansas
- Kan Be Healthy certification.
- First Aid/CPR
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI and Child Abuse and Neglect Registry Clearance check.
- Lifting Requirements of 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $30.05 - $45.08 per hour
