About this role
Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse role at Heart to Heart Hospice. Develops a Hospice presence in the healthcare community with hospitals and health care providers. Performs comprehensive nursing assessment and evaluation for appropriateness of hospice admission. Develops, educates and consults with medical professionals concerning hospice programs, pain management and Medicare/Medicaid/commercial reimbursements. Establishes public relations programs and is responsible for new business development.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Two years of experience as an RN, preferred in hospice or healthcare/clinical setting
