About this role

Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Critical Care Stepdown Unit. This role will be Full-Time Day + Night rotations (days vary); 7:00a.m./p.m. – 7:00 p.m./a.m. with weekend & holiday rotations (approximately 5 weekend shifts in a 6-week period + 2 holiday shifts per year). Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible nurses.

The IMC/MCCSU is a 24-bed unit specializing in the care of stable but critically ill patients, providing transition-level care. Patient population includes Kidney transplant, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Respiratory Disorders, End of Life Cancer, and Ventilator management. The usual nurse/patient ratio is 3:1.
