Weekend RN Position - 3 Days • 10 Hour Shifts. Home Health RN role at CommonSpirit Health at Home providing 1:1 patient care, developing and adjusting care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, mentoring LPNs/LVNs/Home Health Aides, and utilizing technology for care delivery and documentation.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Exceptional critical thinking and proven clinical expertise
  • Strong case management abilities
  • Mid-level experience
