Key Responsibilities Of The RN Registered Nurse
As a vital clinical leader, you will oversee the following:
* Clinical Oversight: Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluate resident well-being, reporting status changes to physicians immediately.
* Documentation: Maintain precise clinical records in strict compliance with state regulations as an RN Registered Nurse.
* Medication & Treatment: Transcribe physician orders to MARs and safely administer medications and complex treatments.
* Unit Leadership: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Emergency Response: Lead the clinical response during emergency situations to ensure resident safety.
Qualifications
*
Licensure:
Active and unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
* Judgment: Strong critical thinking and the ability to act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
*
Experience:
Skilled nursing or sub-acute experience is valued; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Communication: Excellent skills to lead a diverse nursing team and effectively engage with families.
