Consistent shifts • Reliable hours • Supportive team Full-time Schedule $7,000.00 FT Sign-on Bonus Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (No scheduled weekends!) At Tallgrass Healthcare Campus, we want you caring for our memory care residents. We are a 100-bed skilled nursing facility, with 22 dedicated memory care beds, and our memory care team is built on compassion, consistency, and teamwork. We’re looking for a skilled and caring RN or LPN who has a passion for memory care and wants to work in an environment where quality care and teamwork truly matter.
