Details Home Health setting supporting transition to HCHB PointCare system across multiple locations Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Six-week contract structured as three weeks of HCHB PointCare education followed by three weeks of on-site implementation support During go-live phase, serves as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff Minimal bedside care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements Oregon LPN license required if applicable, license pending is acceptable Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required HCHB PointCare experience required Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others Additional Information Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools Training schedule includes in-person sessions Tuesday-Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday during initial weeks No RTO accepted for this short contract as schedule is Monday-Friday
