CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) – PRN

Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collegial, community‑focused anesthesia practice supported by the strength of the Cleveland Clinic health system.

This is a PRN position. Schedule will include a mix 8, 10, and

• 12 hour shifts.

Union Hospital offers a diverse, high‑acuity community caseload across general surgery, orthopedics, OB, endoscopy, and procedural services, with consistent daily OR volume and strong utilization. CRNAs practice in a collaborative, medical‑direction model (1 anesthesiologist to 4 CRNAs) that supports both professional autonomy and team‑based care.

Administers anesthetic care for the purpose of facilitating diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Performs and documents a pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient.
• Develops and implements an anesthetic plan of care, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care.
• Selects, obtains and administers the anesthetic plan of care, including induction, maintenance and emergence phase anesthesia.
• Recognizes alterations in physiologic responses to the surgical procedure and/or the anesthetic, takes appropriate action and notifies the responsible physician as indicated.

Other duties as assigned. Education includes graduate of accredited CRNA program.
