Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time / Part-Time Resorts at Chester River Manor is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and coordinating resident care, administering medications and treatments, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. The RN works closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote the highest quality of care for our residents. Responsibilities commonly include resident assessment, medication administration, care planning, documentation, and supervision of nursing personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assess residents and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and support LPNs, GNAs/CNAs, and other nursing staff. Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition. Ensure compliance with infection control practices, facility policies, and nursing standards. Participate in shift report, care conferences, and quality improvement activities. Promote resident rights, dignity, and quality of life. Qualifications Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
