Registered Nurse Outpatient Services.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday. Job Location Type: In Person. Sovah Health is part of Lifepoint Health. Performs plan-of-care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments. Documents patient care. Monitors and communicates patient condition. Assists patients with activities of daily living. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care. Assesses learning needs and delivers patient/family education. Advocates for patient well-being. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
Requirements
- Current VA or compact state license
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support
- AHA ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
- Previous experience in acute care hospital setting preferred
