Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistant
Active (Montana) Certified Nursing Assistant* 1-2+ Year Experience in Long Term Care Setting*
Responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistant
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and proper techniques
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, while promoting resident independence and dignity.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
