- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: $38 - $43/hour
Schedule

About Us beon Wellness at Genesis is a physician-led wellness practice located inside Genesis Health Clubs. We combine clinical care with fitness and recovery to help members optimize their health. Our model is membership-based — no insurance billing, no rushed visits, no bureaucracy. Just great patient care in a modern, energizing environment.
The Role
We're looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to step out of the traditional healthcare grind and into something different. You'll work alongside our physician and clinical team to deliver hands-on wellness services to members in a private, boutique clinical setting inside the club.
This is not a hospital. This is not a doctor's office with fluorescent lights and a packed waiting room. This is healthcare reimagined — and we need a nurse who's excited about that.
What You'll Do
- Perform clinical assessments, blood draws, and specimen collection
- Administer injections, infusions, and therapeutic protocols under physician direction
- Educate members on wellness programs, recovery modalities, and preventive health
- Manage clinical workflows including scheduling, charting, and follow-up coordination
- Maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Support onboarding of new members (vitals, intake, labs)
- Collaborate with the physician and clinical leadership on care delivery
- Ensure compliance with all applicable nursing standards and regulations
What We're Looking For
Active, unrestricted RN license in Kansas Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience (outpatient, primary care, urgent care, or infusion preferred) Comfortable with venipuncture, IV starts, and injections Strong interpersonal skills — you'll build relationships with members, not just check boxes Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a small-team environment Interest in wellness, preventive health, fitness, or integrative medicine (a plus, not required) BLS certification required
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $38 – $43/hour based on experience
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Free Genesis Health Club membership
- A clinical environment that actually respects your time and expertise
- Ground-floor opportunity with a growing company
Why This Is Different
You won't be running between 30 patients in a shift. You won't be fighting with insurance companies. You'll have time to actually care for people — in a setting that feels more like a spa than a hospital. If you've ever thought "there has to be a better way to be a nurse," this is it.

Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What should I expect for call and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
