Mobile IV Registered Nurse (RN)
Zen IV Spa is expanding its mobile nursing network throughout New Jersey and is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with strong peripheral IV insertion skills.
Our nurses provide physician-authorized mobile IV therapy directly in clients’ homes, hotels, offices, vacation properties, corporate settings, and private event venues.
This is a flexible independent-contractor opportunity . Nurses choose their availability, preferred coverage areas, preferred travel distance, and which assignments they accept. No minimum number of weekly assignments or hours is guaranteed.

Zen IV Spa is building a statewide mobile nursing network throughout New Jersey. Nurses are not required to cover the entire state and may select the counties, territories, and preferred travel distance that best fit their location and availability.
Compensation
50% of collected treatment revenue per completed patient treatment
Tips are additional.
Group appointments, corporate wellness visits, premium treatments, and private events may provide higher total earnings.
Based on our best-selling drip priced at $399, nurse compensation would typically be approximately $199.50 per completed patient treatment plus tip under the 50% revenue split.
Compensation is paid per completed treatment rather than as an hourly wage .
Appointment volume, hours, and earnings vary based on client demand, service area, availability, accepted assignments, and performance. No minimum number of assignments, patients, weekly hours, or earnings is guaranteed.

Nurses are not required to cover the entire state. Applicants may select the counties, territories, and preferred travel distance that best fit their location and availability.
Travel Distance & Coverage Preferences
Nurses select the counties and territories they are comfortable serving and may also choose the maximum travel distance they are comfortable accepting for assignments .
Applicants may select a preferred travel distance of
- Up to 60 minutes
- Up to 90 minutes
- Up to 2 hours
- Longer distances only for select events, group bookings, premium opportunities, or other assignments they specifically choose to accept
Most routine assignments should generally be within approximately 60 minutes of the nurse’s location .
Nurses are not required to accept assignments outside their selected travel preference .
Longer-distance assignments may occasionally be offered, particularly for premium treatments, corporate wellness visits, group bookings, private events, or areas where additional coverage is needed. Nurses may accept or decline these opportunities based on their availability and preferred travel distance.
Reliable transportation is required for mobile appointments.
Responsibilities
- Travel to confirmed client appointments within your selected coverage area and travel preference
- Review client intake information and authorized treatment orders
- Confirm consent and required documentation before treatment
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Establish peripheral IV access
- Administer authorized IV hydration and wellness treatments
- Administer authorized intramuscular or subcutaneous injections when applicable
- Monitor clients throughout treatment
- Recognize and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or changes in condition
- Follow clinical escalation and emergency protocols when necessary
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
- Follow aseptic technique, infection-control, medication-safety, and patient-safety standards
- Communicate professionally with clients, dispatch, and clinical leadership
- Provide compassionate, discreet, and premium mobile care
- Work independently while remaining within the Registered Nurse scope of practice
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of professional nursing experience involving frequent IV insertion
- Strong peripheral IV insertion skills, including experience with challenging veins
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance
- Smartphone with reliable phone and internet access
- Ability to travel to homes, hotels, offices, vacation properties, corporate settings, and event venues
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Professional, dependable, responsive, and client-focused
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile healthcare environment
- Ability to follow established clinical protocols precisely
Preferred Qualifications
- Emergency department, ICU, infusion center, PACU, anesthesia, outpatient procedural, home-infusion, or concierge nursing experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Previous mobile IV or wellness-infusion experience
- Experience working with hospitality, wellness, VIP, or concierge clients
- Evening, weekend, holiday, or high-demand availability
