We're looking for a compassionate, experienced LPN or RN to serve as our Health & Wellness Director—someone who leads with integrity, builds strong relationships, and is passionate about providing exceptional care.

What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and support the wellness team while promoting a culture of excellence.
Oversee resident assessments, admissions, service plans, and ongoing care coordination.

Requirements
RN License or LPN
1 year experience
Assisted living facility experience
Electronic health records (EHR) management
Computer skills
Collaborate with healthcare professionals
