Overview Job Summary Under the supervision of Employee Health RN, provides appropriate information, evaluation, and services are provided to employees in regard to occupational health and safety related issues and prevention of infectious disease. Job Responsibilities • Conducts pre-employment screening of new employees. • Supports immunization clinics and annual fit testing. • Prepares onboarding files and clears candidates for start date. • May manage all aspects of employee medical leave accurately and efficiently. • Communicates and collaborates appropriately with hospital representatives regarding employee health related issues to assure the best outcome for patients and employees. • Participates in ongoing educational activities. • Completes assigned goals. • Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Experience One year clinical experience Preferred/Desired Experience Two years' clinical experience Minimum Required Education Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), MS – successful completion of education and training provided by an IV integrated accredited nursing program or Board approved IV therapy course. Minimum Required Special Skills Computer Literacy Preferred/Desired Special Skills Certification in employee health. Minimum Required Licensure LPN; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
