Details Operating Room unit within a hospital setting Day shift schedule of 4x10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 13-week assignment length Requires working 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix, which may fall on day, evening, or night shifts On-call requirement of 2-3 calls within a 6-week matrix with a 30-minute response time Holiday coverage required as needed, which may include day, evening, or night shifts Floating required as needed 1:1 patient ratio experience Uses Epic charting system Scrub and circulate duties preferred May care for COVID-positive patients Facility is tobacco and fragrance free Requirements Active RN license, Compact or Pennsylvania state license required BLS certification required Minimum 3 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years post-orientation Level II Trauma experience required (minimum 1 year) Level I Trauma experience preferred Teaching hospital experience required Previous travel experience required Epic charting experience required Must function independently without refresher training on the Da Vinci Xi robotic system Familiarity with the DV5 Da Vinci robot is a plus Must be proficient in robotic general, GYN, thoracic, and urology specialties Must function independently across multiple specialties including robotics, orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac/open heart), and trauma Additional Information Candidates will undergo a clinical pre-screen review prior to manager interview to determine clinical fit Manager will conduct a final interview before hiring decision Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract Special scheduling requests and blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated; travelers must work as needed by the unit Travel pairs may be considered, though matched schedules cannot be guaranteed Candidates must complete and pass required EKG testing within 72 hours of contract signing Local candidates within a 50-mile radius may be considered at a reduced bill rate
