We provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides non-medical personal care and RN-delegated tasks within their scope of practice. CNAs support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in compliance with Oregon Health Authority (OAR 333-536) and Oregon State Board of Nursing standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
- Provide feeding assistance, hydration reminders, and meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and appointment accompaniment
- Provide medication reminders (no administration unless RN-delegated)
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
- Follow infection control, safety, emergency, and HIPAA guidelines
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and client dignity
*Qualifications*
*Required:*
- Active Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Ability to pass criminal background and fitness determination
- Completion of agency orientation and required training
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Effective communication skills in English
*Preferred:*
- Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care
- Dementia care, hospice, or mobility assistance experience
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities

*Working Conditions*
Care is provided in private homes with varying environments. The role may involve lifting, standing, bending, exposure to pets, cleaning products, and emotionally sensitive situations.
