Provide direct nursing care to residents
Provide assessment of the residents’ conditions and respond accordingly
Maintain effective communication with other staff
Complete reports such as changes in residents condition report, incident and accident reports, etc
Provide immediate response to situations of resident risk such as allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property
Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
Maintain and restore residents physical and mental health functional abilities
Education and/ or
Experience
Current Nursing License
Prior Long-Term Care setting experience preferred
