We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join us on a PRN (as-needed) basis. Must be able to travel to the following areas Northern Neck, Richmond, Petersburg, Gloucester, and surrounding areas .
Position Overview
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting initial home assessments and reassessments for clients, ensuring that care plans meet medical and personal needs. This is a PRN role with flexible scheduling, ideal for nurses seeking supplemental income or a rewarding position outside of traditional clinical settings.
Responsibilities
Perform initial home health assessments for new clients.
Conduct reassessments as required by state and agency guidelines.
Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with Virginia state regulations and agency policies.
Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families.
Document assessments, progress, and care plan updates accurately and timely.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
Strong assessment and documentation skills.
Experience in home health, senior care, or community health (preferred).
Reliable transportation to travel within assigned areas.
Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented.
Schedule & Compensation
PRN / Flexible scheduling based on client needs.
