Wound Care Nurse (RN)

Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehab is looking for a Wound Care Nurse to care for patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. Responsibilities include administering treatments and procedures per physician orders, ensuring residents are medicated prior to treatments, orienting residents and families to wound care process, observing and documenting resident response to treatment, maintaining supply levels, maintaining resident comfort and dignity, adhering to resident rights, and reporting incidents of abuse or injuries of unknown origin.
