Part-Time Nurse Practitioner - Flexible Schedule - Outpatient Only - Hudson County, NJ
Progressive Pediatrics, a physician-owned pediatric practice in Hudson County, NJ, is seeking a part-time board-certified/board-eligible nurse practitioner interested in a consistent, long-term role within a collaborative outpatient setting.
This position is ideal for a nurse practitioner seeking professional stability with reduced hours, including physicians returning from maternity leave, transitioning from hospital systems, or seeking sustainable work-life balance.
Practice Structure
Outpatient-only. No hospital or nursery coverage. Approximately 20 patients per full clinical day. Flexible schedule (2–3 days per week options available). Shared weekend coverage proportional to schedule. After-hours call supported by nurse triage service. Strong staff support and efficient eClinicalWorks workflow.
We are seeking a nurse practitioner who values continuity of care and long-term professional relationships.
Compensation
Competitive pro-rated salary based on schedule. Structured per-diem option available. Malpractice coverage included. CME support available. $15,000 longevity bonus paid upon completion of five years (pro-rated based on FTE). Long-term role preferred.
