About this role
Join the Hands of Hope pediatric program as a Pediatric Registered Nurse. Evaluate patients and create care plans, communicate with patients, families, and care teams. Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure quality care for pediatric patients facing life-limiting illnesses. Requires 3 years of nursing experience in a clinical care or home health setting and 1 year of pediatric experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current state RN license required.
Requirements
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: Graduate of an accredited certificate, diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing and a current state license as a registered nurse Experience: 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment and 1 year of pediatric experience required Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
