As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care while helping residents maintain their health, comfort, and independence. You will work closely with CNAs, RNs, providers, therapists, and other members of the care team to ensure residents receive attentive, individualized care.

Active and valid LPN license in good standing. Eligible to work in the United States. Able to work on-site.
