Where You Will Work
Our inpatient Behavioral Health unit provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric needs in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, team-focused culture where nurses, providers, social workers, and therapists work closely together to support recovery and stabilization. Many nurses who join our unit choose to build long-term careers here due to the strong sense of teamwork and support.
This is an ideal environment for nurses who are passionate about mental health and interested in developing strong assessment, therapeutic communication, and crisis intervention skills. Nurses on the unit gain experience in trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. We actively support professional growth through ongoing education, shared governance, and opportunities to grow in clinical expertise or leadership.

We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
One year or more of RN experience required
Behavioral Health RN experience strongly preferred
Charge Nurse experience preferred
What You’ll Do
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
