About this role
A reputable west-side agency is looking for a part-time licensed RN to join our clinical team in Cleveland to cover cases on the west side of Cleveland (e.g. Tremont, Elyria, Strongsville). This position will report directly to the Director of Nursing!
Primary Duties Include
- Conduct and document clinical visits under direction of DON
- Conduct and document supervisory visits under direction of DON
- Identify improvement opportunities and discuss with clinical team
- Promote a culture committed to care excellence and high quality service
Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed RN
- Own a vehicle and able to visit client homes
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Interest in home health and willingness to learn: No experience necessary!
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong and timely documentation
- Strong attention to detail
We are hiring for this position immediately.
Job Type: Full-time, exempt
Payment is bi-weekly based on a set annual salary.
