About this role
Join our growing Home Health and Hospice team. On-call RN position with 7 on/7 off schedule, Monday-Sunday. Monday-Friday: 4PM-8AM, Weekend: Saturday 8AM to Monday 8AM. Includes travel with company car provided. Build genuine one-on-one connections with patients in home hospice and home health settings.
Requirements
RN license in the state of Wisconsin (required)
Current, valid driver's license (required)
Minimum of 1 year experience in home hospice or home health (preferred)
