*Position Overview* We are seeking an experienced *Register Nurse (RN)* to join our team on a *contract basis*. The ideal candidate must have prior *experience* and be knowledgeable in providing skilled nursing services in accordance with each patient’s care plan.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care in the home setting
- Perform skilled nursing interventions as ordered by the physician
- Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and responses
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations

Requirements
*
- Active *Texas RN License* in good standing
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
