About this role
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care. Responsibilities include collaborating on comprehensive screenings, conducting critical risk assessments, providing preventative health education, coordinating care for diverse patient populations, and ensuring patients feel informed and at ease. Adheres to established Hospital/departmental policies and procedures, Nurse Practices Act and Patient's Bill of Rights.
Applies clinical knowledge for coordinating patient care by planning and evaluating care of patients. Provides guidance to interdisciplinary team members and leadership by establishing priorities and coordinating nursing care. Position is represented by SEIU L121.
