About this role
Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas has served North County's coastal communities since 1978. This is a benefit-eligible, full-time position (72 hours every two weeks), working 12-hour Nights. Join Medical Acute 2 South, a 32-bed unit where you will provide primary care to patients dealing with cardiac, pulmonary, diabetic, neurologic, cognitive orthopedic, CIWA, psychiatric issues; observe progress and update patient charts. RNs work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care and enjoy a well-managed, cohesive working environment. Position is eligible for New Hire Retention Incentive up to $7K.

Requirements
- Current CA RN License
- One (1) year of recent RN experience
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
