About the Role

As a Register Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans for our residents. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your expertise and expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission to provide exceptional care and services to our patients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns

Educate patients and their families on care plans, medication administration, and disease prevention

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities
