Responsibilities
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
- Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
