Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or hospital setting
Prior Unit Manager or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Computer literacy required, including Microsoft programs
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
