Nurse Practitioner

• Conduct patient assessments, exams, and follow-up visits
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Develop and manage treatment plans based on patient needs
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice and applicable state regulations
• Provide patient education, preventive care, and health counseling
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and care team members
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
• Support quality care initiatives and patient satisfaction goals

*Requirements*

• Active Nurse Practitioner license required
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner required
• DEA license preferred or required depending on assignment
• Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, outpatient care, or community health preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to manage a patient schedule and work independently within scope
• Electronic health record experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
