Max Staffing LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate *Nurse Practitioner* to support a healthcare team focused on accessible, high-quality patient care. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while working closely with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members to support positive health outcomes.

- Conduct patient assessments, exams, and follow-up visits
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and manage treatment plans based on patient needs
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice and applicable state regulations
- Provide patient education, preventive care, and health counseling
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and care team members
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
- Support quality care initiatives and patient satisfaction goals
*Requirements*
- Active Nurse Practitioner license required
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner required
- DEA license preferred or required depending on assignment
- Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, outpatient care, or community health preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Ability to manage a patient schedule and work independently within scope
- Electronic health record experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
