Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment; CPR and First Aid certification; BLS Certification; Minimum of 2-5 years of nursing experience; Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred; Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience strongly preferred; Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of nursing practice standards, regulatory requirements, and long-term care operations; Ability to manage staffing, priorities, and resources effectively; Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
