About the employer

That is the solid ground we have: the name, the city, and the state. Beyond location, our current facts do not yet include pay ranges, unit culture, scheduling, ratios, residency, or benefits. If you move forward, plan to ask those…

On your path

Advanced practice has its own path. Scope and independence depend on the role and state.

Worth asking

The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • How does compensation work, including base pay and the productivity or RVU formula?
  • Are there differentials or other recurring incentives?
  • When would the sign-on bonus have to be repaid?
  • Does the employer cover malpractice and tail coverage, plus CME, licensing, and DEA support?
