Clinical Manager RN

Inspired by nurses, Boost Home Healthcare provides quality home healthcare, where patients are able to remain independent at their place of residence in the healthiest and happiest state of being possible. The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will be for providing quality care to patients in their homes, assessing patient needs and developing care plans, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and providing education to patients and their families. This role has the opportunity to quickly grow into a larger supervisory role for the right candidate.

This role would start as part-time and quickly grow into full-time as patient census grows. Overall responsibilities include conducting assessment visits as Case Manager, supervising all clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, therapists, aides) and assisting with their onboarding and training, approving all intakes and patient care plans, ensuring compliance with Medicare and other industry standards and state regulations, reviewing charts to ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and acting as the clinical leader during surveys, audits, or complaints.
