What You'll Do

As a Clinical Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring every patient receives a safe, comfortable, and personalized clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer IV hydration, nutrient infusions, injections, and other provider-directed treatments.
  • Perform blood draws, collect specimens, and monitor patients throughout their treatments.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and provide treatment education before and after services.
  • Accurately document patient encounters, treatments, medications, and follow-up instructions.
  • Support Nurse Practitioners during clinical procedures.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, clinical inventory, and equipment readiness.
  • Follow infection control protocols, medication safety standards, and clinical compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and hospitality teams to create an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
  • Current BLS Certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Experience with:
  • IV placement and infusion therapy
  • Intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
  • Patient assessment and monitoring
  • Clinical documentation
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, compassionate bedside manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following

  • Wellness or longevity medicine
  • Primary care
  • Infusion therapy
  • Aesthetics
  • Regenerative medicine

Part-Time (appointment-based during launch)

Compensation

$40 to $50/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
