Responsibilities include coordinating resident assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring documentation, utilizing MDS software, leading interdisciplinary meetings, updating care plans, providing quality reporting, submitting MDS data, attending professional development sessions, and overseeing ancillary data collection and reporting.
Requirements
RN License
Nursing home experience
