Requirements
- RN license
- Current RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
- Hospice or home health experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in electronic documentation using a tablet or laptop
