NOW HIRING: RN Registered Nurse ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities: Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care. Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures. Responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting, and the reporting of healthcare-associated infections. Support the development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration. Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator. Qualifications: Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge. Previous long term care experience is required.
