About this role

Performs individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice. Completes documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner. Adheres to case management model for assigned patients, working with physicians for effective throughput. Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.

Education

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.

Experience

New graduate accepted. Experienced nurse with wound knowledge and case management experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities

Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient computer skills required.
