Key Responsibilities
- Conducts NFP nurse home visits following program guidelines.
- Attends required NFP training and meetings.
- Provides referrals to community resources.
- Delivers immunization services and participates in communicable disease reporting/investigation when required.
- May supervise paraprofessional staff.
- Maintains emergency preparedness certifications.
- Ensures consistent, reliable attendance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
- Ability to read procedural documents, write reports, and speak effectively in group settings.
- Basic math skills for budgeting/program calculations.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, internet, program management, and database software.
- Current Colorado RN license, liability insurance, and Colorado driver's license.
Work EnvironmentPhysical Demands Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. Requires regular sitting; occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and hearing. Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and possess a range of vision capabilities.
