What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while helping residents maintain the highest possible quality of life.

Responsibilities include

  • Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition
  • Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides (CNAs/MACs)
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Educating residents and families
  • Responding calmly and effectively to changing resident needs
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and caring environment

What We're Looking For

  • Current RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required—we welcome new graduates and are happy to provide mentorship.
